What part of Quicksilver haven't you seen? The last 15 minutes is a life or death bike chase (or bike-car chase) through the city streets.

The bike chase in ET is pretty cool though.

I've seen that chase, more or less. It's pretty cool, but I gather that you have to watch 2 hours of a pretty bad movie to get to it.

Not quite what you're looking for, and it's part bike and part skis and part car, but the various chases in Better Off Dead are pretty funny. Hell, the whole movie is.

Wow, those certainly capture the thrill! It's hard to stand behind a lot of the jackass things they are doing in those videos, but they sure are exciting and entertaining. I especially like the frozen river ride.
