The weather keeps going from hot to cold and back again, and the barometric pressure swings are jackhammering my sinuses. UGH. On the up side, tomorrow will be a day of tomfoolery as I am attending a food security breakfast and then going to a baby shower, both of which are work-sanctioned. Huzzah!

Hi there. I love slice-of-life stories, so don't stress yourself coming up with anything too plotty. Unless that's your gig! I'm just saying I'm fine if you just want to do character studies or experimental stuff.
I love dialogue, genre-mixing, food, and pop culture. I love complicated characters and people who aren't just a hero or a villain. I love fun nonsense as much as I love twisted darkness, and AUs as much as canon. It's hard to displease me.
1) DCU Batverse: Steph/Helena, Montoya/Poison Ivy - straightforwardish? Don't stress over how to get them together, I just want them together. *g*
2) Merlin: Gwen/Morgana - ADORABLE.
3) X-Men Comics: Ororo/Jean, Rogue/Dazzler, Jubilee/Kitty - With the two latter pairings, I'd love to see a bit of the animosity (although not over Wolvie or anything). With the first, anything goes, although I'd prefer if they're not enemies. Comicverse over movieverse FOR SURE.
1) The No.1 Ladies' Detective Agency: Grace/Happy Bapetsi - Grace is so tightly wound! She could do with some Happy.
2) Rome: Atia/Cleopatra - Again, don't care how it happens, just that it does. *g*
3) The Simpsons: Marge/Manjula - ERM YES. With Simpsons fic I like stuff that's just like the show or stuff that's SRS BZNSS, either way is cool.

Also, Pinto! I can't believe we went with Pinto for Quinto/Pine when we could have gone with QP/Kewpie. I haven't been this disappointed in a pairing portmanteau since we chose JoLa for Joey Fatone/Lance Bass instead of the far greater Fatass.
