Life moves faster on the blogosphere, either that or I'm really, really slow. Or my life crawls really really slowly, which it is I'm not entirely sure but please be gentle, thanks. Oh, ME TOO. I can't eat any animal that still looks like animal, really. Occasionally I still have trouble with steamed chicken.

Mole poblano has nothing to do with moles though...it is pronounced mo-LAY and it's a Mexican gravy (made partly from chocolate) that's poured over chicken, enchiladas, quesadillas or other stuff. Really really yummy.

i'm just bored....

Bagna cauda - similar to fondue, is made with garlic, anchovies, olive oil, butter, and in some parts of the region cream.

Phaal - one of the hottest forms of curry

fugu - puffer fish

Spaetzle - a type of egg noodle or dumpling

Carob chips - similar to chocolate chips, made from carob

Chitterlings - intestines of a pig, cooked by boiling or stewing

Gjetost - 'brown cheese' with a strong, sweet, yet somewhat sharp flavor
