Calf born today
One of the beef type cows here, Comet had a calf sometime this afternoon. With rain feeling imminent, she headed into the woods, and I had to carry the calf back about a quarter mile. I found out the hard way bull calves are a lot bigger and heavier than cow calves... ow!
