how fricasseed(mis?) would I be if I suggested even half-jokingly we consider a mobile home in the desired neighborhood in lieu of a condo in a quest for seeking an economical-ish home-purchase?

must have at least minimum two toilets in the home, no negotation, no budge, that's a solid certainty, a no-contention requirement, etc. etc.
