Last night I went to Bally's to start running again. I ran 2+ miles (the plus is because I felt I was running too fast for the lap I counted, so I recounted it). My lower inner thighs (just above the knee to about halfway up) hurt!! But I ran. For 2 miles. Without stopping. The interesting thing is that I didn't start to feel sore until about 8 this morning (2.5 hours later). Other than my typical ankle issue, I didn't even hurt yesterday while running.
