Tension resurrects!
The band of the four best musicians of De La Salle University has reunited. Last night (September 1, 2004), three members of the said group reunited and resurrected the band TENSION. The three noisiest musicians of the Philippines were:
1. Darrell "Boski" U. Villanueva
2. Mike "Bogsa" L. de los Reyes
3. Ariel "Tambol" P. Mesina
It was an unexpected jam, as the three was just checking out the new place in Makati called Cafe sa Guijo. It is a bar located in Guijo St., SAV Makati that has a similar format with Big Sky and has Dredd-worthy bands playing almost every night. The three songs that they played during their short but very angst-ful set were the following:
1. Gasoline (by Audioslave)
2. The Beast of Bataan (Original)
3. The War Within (Original)
The crowd opened their mouths in disbelief, as the three were dressed as casual yuppies, very much against what they played-100% energetic screaming rock music. This will definitely be the start of the new reign of TENSION.
