So did a little cost of living comparing. I based it on the salary I was earning in Boston moving to LA. Guess what? A couple extra grand and same difference. Seems to be only a very slight difference. Only other concern is transportation.
And yes I'm still on this moving to LA thing.
Bunch of us are going to see a co worker perform tomorrow night at a place called Austin's Boot & Buckle. My friend Michael from work said the last time he was there he had the "lovely occasion" to talk with a man who introduced himself as "Snake". All I can say is...this should be interesting. Michael did offer to buy me a drink though so maybe that'll help. Perhaps Snake will drop by and we "chat". LOL! His real name is probably something like Herman Clyde Dorker III and he's (as Bosco would say)overcompensating for his "little tiny Johnson".
