The Patriots
The Patriots lost to the NY Giants in the Superbowl. As I'm a Giants fan as well as an in-born Patriots fan, this shouldn't bother me as much. However, I'm still quite annoyed. Maybe I should seclude myself on big sporting events and watch them unfold in private. Less painful that way. This harkens back to the 1985 Patriots, which I watched, and the fact that they didn't look like the Patriots team from this season did not make it better. Damn the fans who kept jinxing it and condolences to those, like me, who remember how New England was always the laughingstock of sports places. Many people got exactly what they wished for. Congratulations.
