Acconding to this article, California is about to legalize and tax Marijuana, spurred on by a need for cash in hard economic times.

Is this true?  I hope so.

In NC at least they already have a tax on marijanna, but it's still illegal to have. If they do a drug bust they also tax the person based on how much pot they had.

But I think the California thing is true yes.

Pretty sure the new policy is that medical marijuana facilities are no longer raided either.
