My kids started school again yesterday. Both very happy and enthusiastic about it, thank goodness. And the ol' mama here has signed up for a two year program to get me through a learning process which eventually will lead to a certificate saying I'm a media-graphic expert. LOL

Oh, that's nice. Do you get to meet sometimes? (and isn't it horribly expensive?? ...if sweden is anything like norway....);)

No it's a free course; we only pay for textbooks... and I think one meets once a week with the teacher for a handlednings session :)

The one I go to is free also, but like mentioned I have to write a contract with my current employer lasting close to two years..but that's cool really. Considering that graphic media jobs aren't a safe bet anymore...I know too many unemployed graphic artists by now...

Why is it free? Anything graphic tends to be high prized...

It's a web design course, not a graphic design ;) I go thru "vuxenutbildning" downtown. :) Aka Komvux here in Sweden.

Yes, but even so. Web design is popular, and something I need to learn in order to get my certificate as a media designer. But hey! it's great to learn something for free!!:) Good luck!
