Had a uneventful weekend, but lots of great weather! On saturday I was asked to help Nina pack. She bought an apartment a little while back, and now needs the help she can get. Moving house is overwhelming and rather traumatic if you're at it alone, so I have volunteered to give her a hand when she needs it. But as it turned out, we mostly sat on the porch in the sun, zipped beer and got relatively pissed before I went home. Oh well, I'm going back next weekend to REALLY help her. She couldn't fit her freezer into her apartment, so she gave it to me! I'm not gonna miss the berry- and mushroom-season this fall, for sure.
I'm taking more classes this fall. This time something work-related, -I'm aiming to get a pre-press certificate/diploma. I don't know yet how long it will take, but probably a year or so. I have most of the relevant schooling and almost 9 years of practice, and fortunately it counts for a lot of the stuff I have to go through to get it. What I need is a formal class of layout/design/typography, and as it turns out I can get that for free!! Weee! I'm also looking for a pedagogical study without having to go to uni.
Oh well, I've got all summer. So much for now. My youngest daughter just announced that she's going to town to buy some BM-gear for a costume party!! So I'm off for some damage-control...
