Home again today. It is a weird feeling. I was surprised when I checked WBIR.com before bed just to be sure I did have work today, and what do you know, Knox County schools did decide to close today. We are supposed to just go with what Knox County says, but it's hard to trust a third party-- I keep expecting to get a phone call from work wondering where I am. Silly, I know.
I was somewhat productive yesterday-- I did the laundry and the dishes. I also read some of The Graveyard Book and some of a cheesy Buffy fanfic novel, watched some mindless tv and ended up watching Desperately Seeking Susan, a classic of 80's bohemian drama.
Last I heard, the forecast was predicting even more snow, although right now the sky doesn't look like it.
I keep having dreams about auditioning for plays, which might inspire me to do just that if I can find any community theatre undertakings with open auditions. Might be an answer to my deep need for another microcosm in my life.
