Thanksgiving

Things to be Thankful for this Thanksgiving season:

1. Family. Even though my family sucks at times and I my mother forbids me from saying "crap" (even though I said asshole in front of her at least five times this evening, I counted, and she said nothing), they are still decent people. They try to help, they honestly do.

2. Friends. At this point in my life I am friends with people I can actually stand for more than five minutes. I have no "friends." You know what I mean, those cheerleader-y type people who have insanely annoying giggles and cannot talk without adjusting their hair or playing with their pen who act all nice because Jesus wants them to be nice to you, even though it is obvious they dislike you with a passion. I have disassociated myself from them and I could not be happier.

3. I am going to New York for Thanksgiving.

4. I am happy that I can draw decently. I know I am no Kandinsky or Van Gogh, but I am thankful that I can draw somewhat and that my drawing has led me to appreciate the works of others more.

5. Also that I am in Colonel and an independent Latin IV. Having those two classes is like having study halls.

6. The fact that I can see. This is kind of like 4, but still... I imagine life for me would be hard if I could not see.
