Well happy effing new year. Although technically not anymore given the current time of 2:25 am. Ah well, its close enough I suppose. Too bad I missed out on the grand fiesta last night. I managed to find one of my own. Ian was not alone in his statutory situation...but this kid was so tall...
Oh well, the only thing I know for is my new love for guacamole. I know what you're thinking "Gross, that stuff looks like sick baby poop" but honestly it so delicious. If you can get past its initial greenness and the way it turns grayish-brown after a few days then maybe you too can discover the many joys and uses of this fine vegetable. Obviously its great with chips, but its wonderful with any mexican food. Tonight at Red Robin, they even put it on my chicken sandwich. Talk about a party in your mouth. Please don't get it at the grocery store or the Taco Bell if it's your first time because it just wouldn't be fair judgment. I think you should probably have my mom make it for you because hers is the best I've ever had.
