(no subject)
This weekend was awesome! Saturday was spent in the of Stockholm. I have pictures on Facebook if anyone is interested. Sunday was good too. I was a little nervous to be meeting so many family members, especially since my Swedish language skills aren't that good. Calle, Björn (his step dad), and I all rode in one car. We went to go pick up Mattias (his brother), and then we were going to meet his sister and mother at where ever it was we were going. I fell asleep, but apparently we got lost about 3 times. We were supposed to be there by 1:30 pm, and we didn't arrive until after 2:00 pm. Fashionably late, right? Everyone there was really nice, and their English was really good. One guy decided he would explain all of the family trees to me. That was a bit much, but I played along anyway. Kalle's grandmother is an EXCELLENT cook. The lunch she made was amazing. I can't wait until we go visit her in June. Anyway, the family get together went off without a hitch. We got back to the house, packed up our stuff, and caught the bus back to Stockholm. Our bus to Umeå left at 10:00 pm. I hate the night bus, but Kalle had class at 8:00 am. We got into Umeå at 7:00 am. Need-less-to-say, I am extremely tired.
