(no subject)
So off to New York tomorrow. YAY. That's about it in life right now. Except these things:
- I got a job at Mike's Music on the Danforth
- My mom wouldn't let me go to Sars' cottage which seemed like a good idea at the time as I had SO much to do but now the week has come to an end and I didn't get a single thing done.
- I bought a coat. It's red and apparently is EXACTLY like this one made out of wool straight off a sheep's back and crushed berries (for the dye of course) from a book about people during World War II who can't afford clothes so they make this coat all by themselves. Hannah's going to read it to me.
- I bought a pair of jeans for $5.25
- My mom and I went to see The Squid and The Whale which was good and I highly recommend it.
- Next Saturday we're going to a Town Hall meeting about impeaching Bush (in New York) ??? I have NO IDEA about this one other than.... I don't even know... my mom thinks she still lives there? Should be interesting.
- Hannah's home which made me happy. She gave me chocolate which was not a good idea. We ate Sha-Sha cookies ("for Lovers") and then my mom made us leave.
- I miss Sara and Katie and we're not going to see each other for weeks and weeks.
- Hanz and I are moving to Quebec City this summer.
- I discovered taking cd's out of the library is fun.
- How on earth are Kevin and I going to find one another?
- I'm starting to like lists
- My New Years resolution for 2006 is to learn how to light normal length matches.
Off to skate and a movie perhaps con Nico? Except Penina wants me home by like 5 and has hidden my skates from me AND it's raining so I don't know how well all this is going to turn out. HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE. I hope your vacations are going alright and it's not all sadness for everyone. ADIOS.
