This is what the whole drive west looks like. Lake Crescent is some 10 miles long or something to that effect and known as the bottomless lake. The opposite side are high cliffs with little waterfalls and all these crazy trees that look like theyre going to fall down.

A few miles outside of Lake Crescent is the Hoh Rainforest. Every single tree is dripping with moss. They're massive Sitkas, Spruces, and Alders. There's probably a good 4 miles of trails out there, but the forest itself is huge.

This is the town of LaPush, which is actually Res land. It's really depressing, all the houses are falling down, the charter boats are growing algae in the harbor, but its beautiful.

This is First Beach, which is right on the Pacific Ocean. It was insane, you look out and you can't see anything but water and the sound of the waves is just deafening. About ten, twenty feet from the cliffs are these huge thirty foot trees that have washed up on the shore. The stacked rocks are a common thing up there. They can be a tribute to someone, they can be a spiritual expression of balance and nature, some people even say they are to let you know you're on the right path. Ps. those starfish were awesome, if you look close you can see one of them is only 4 legged.

That was Rialto, we went there for the sunset, but it was too cloudy to see anything, so obviously I couldn't take very many pictures.
We stayed in a little tiny cabin in La Push called 3 Rivers Resort. It wasn't glamorous or anything, but it was cute. Unfortunately I stayed in "Jacob's Den", which was really just kind of obnoxious, but every one there was really nice. The old people stayin in the RV across from our cabin told us we could use their fire.

This is Third Beach. It's just over a mile to get to, but all the sudden you hear the ocean and its awesome. You can buy a backpacking license and stay the night there, but the hike down and back up is killer.
Thats my adventure. yay.
