I think I missed something...
I have tried very hard to like American holidays and for the most part, they are likeable, but what is this NOISE outside?! There are people burning furniture and crawling on to the lamp posts! I hear people screaming about something called 'football', but I do not see anyone with an actual football outside.
Ah... now I hear police sirens. And... and something is on fire.
I'm a bit scared. It seems like everyone has gone crazy.
