Welcome to the clinic, Jekyll-san. You came in during a time when it was busier. But it usually slows down a bit. I guess the fire really did it.

It's weird how things...went back to how they were because of rain.

Ah, I see. I must confess that I know just about nothing about Japanese language or culture. Is that a manner of a prefix used to address someone, such as Mr., Mrs., Dr., et cetera? Though it would appear to be a suffix in this case.

Adding -san to a name, then, denotes respect? Are there other suffixes used?
