Introductions

I count my life in dreams. Dublin, sail home with me, and I will show you what green truly is. Amsterdam, ride on my back, and I'll pluck tulips for you in the wind. Bordeaux, step into my arms and I'll crush your grapes with my toes. Take me with you, world, and tuck me into your crevices.

Someday I would like to sail off in a boat, to pull it by its harnesses and gallop across the sea. There is something welcoming about a face in the distance, a face that you cannot see but one that you know exists anyway. Yet it is near enough I think, just barely, for me to reach out and draw a smile on his face, caress his sunkissed cheeks, and pinch his freckled nose. This is a world of you and I, a world of love hanging delicately in the balance.

I would like to get to know you, would you care to open up?
