even a stopped clock tells the right time twice a day...
well! less than 2 weeks until I'm off to Exeter. it's all very exciting, although there's so much stuff to sort out! should be pretty fun anyway, and I've been trying to see people as much as possible before I go, to such an extent that I cleverly managed to come down with shingles ... it sounds so stupid and archaic, like rickets or scurvy or something, like I'm living in the dark ages, but luckily I'm over the worst and feel almost totally better now!
so I've been up to a few things ... I went to the last Retrograde Inversion gig last week which was absolutely amazing, for thise of you who weren't there I can safely say that the band went out with a bang! then I went to Thorpe Park with Kate on thursday which was awesome, we went on Samurai and Rush so many times I lost count!!! and I went out to the pub with Sarah and Melissa on Friday which was lots of fun although I felt pretty crap from the shingles, but the guy from college who I 'met' at the leavers' ball was there which made things interesting! on saturday I sang at another wedding and earned some money, then spent the afternoon with Alex and her loverly Candadian friend Danielle and my parents and ate A LOT in a little cafe (pie, cream tea, cake...)! which was very good obviously.
there's some cool stuff planned for this coming week, with a few get-togethers and stuff, going to Ed's house in Primrose Hill (that 'den of iniquity') on Thursday maybe, which would be fun. Hopefully going to France on saturday unless it turns out shingles is bad for elderly people! :(
anyway, have fun people, good luck at uni if I don't see you around!!!! will be sooo much fun :D
