(no subject)
Today I hung out with one of my friends that I hadn't seen in four years. I hadn't seen him in four years because we met when I first visited Florida, when my parents lived in St. Augustine, he lived in the private community that I lived in. I was only visiting for the summer when I met him, and when I finally moved down here the following summer, my parents had already moved to Palm Coast, which is at least a half an hour away from Palm Coast. So, since neither of us could drive at the time, we never saw each other, and then I ended up moving back to Michigan right before I turned 16.
Finally, I'm back down here, and since we're both the same age, so he can drive now. He came and got me and we spent the whole day together, it was so much fun!
He came and got me right before noon, we drove back to where he lives (which is no longer St. Augustine, by the way. He now lives at least an hour away from me). We hung out at his place for a few, trying to figure out what to do and also looking up movie times for the local theater there. After that we got lunch, and then we went to his dentist appointment, lol. Right after that we went to The Avenues (a mall) and shopped around for a while, and finally we went and saw the movie Bewitched...which is really good, very funny, and a lot better than I thought it was gonna be. After that he brought me home we hung out for a few, then he left.
I know it doesn't sound like an extremely exciting day, but hanging out with a friend that you haven't seen in four years and that you've still been close to despite the fact that you can't see each other makes it a million times more fun. Anyways, that's about it for now. Later.
