*DING* I have some questions to answer.

doing it for the queendisko

1. How's school going?
Sometimes I'm not so sure. I'll think I'll be doing well, just to find out how horribly I've done on exams. I'm hoping that part is past me now that I don't have to take any more math intensive courses to graduate. This summer, I performed better in my two courses that I took simultaneously over the second summer session at UNLV than I've performed in any courses over a regular semester in YEARS. However, I was fretting about my grade in my IDS 201 course because of the vague instruction for the online course. Ended up with an A- (as opposed to the C- I was fearing.) Here's to hoping: One more year.

2. Do you think you'll like the same things 10 years from now? I think my feelings toward things will change, however I feel like they'll definitely be viewed as stepping stones. Hopefully to a career that I'll be satisfied with.

3. What's your signature sleeping position? On my deaf ear. This is the reason my alarm has to be set to full volume (which my family absolutely hates when I have to open at work...3:15AM? yeah...) So basically, it would be in some form of a semi-fetal on my left side with my right arm propped up by a throw pillow/body pillow.

4. You're on a deserted island, put there for an experiment. You have everything you need, and you have to stay there for a year. You can either bring a pet or a person. Which do you bring and whom? Wow. Tough one. I think I'd end up bringing my brother. The older we get, the more we depend on each other for a lot of things. I'm thinking he actually may qualify for my best friend right now. He and I definitely don't share too many of the same interests, but he and I share the same upbringing and have a lot of understanding for each other.

5. Who is someone you really look up to? My dad. Who else can schmooze as much as he has through out his life and then land a rent free pad from his job that also offers him a promotion/raise AND one time bonus to come back to work there? I am obviously kidding. I wouldn't want to be him. I wouldn't want to know that one of my kids can't stand me and will only bother with me when I help them out of the bind that I helped put them in. And the other kid...well he just does what I want so that I won't yell at him or be angry with him.

However, my mom is truly an unsung hero. It would take days to type up all of the reasons I think so.

If you want to participate, comment on this and I will try to remember to ask you 5 original questions.
