DAY ONE:
Did about 10 minutes of vigorous HIIT training - it sucked. 1 minute off, 30 seconds on at 100 %. This is absolutely the most horrid way to try to get in shape and lose fat... but it's also the most effective I think (none of that 60% heartrate for 7 hours a day bullshit!!)
so yeah, the first day has been very difficult... which kind of scares me for the coming days, but I have to at least, not lose my 30 dollar bet on this one!!! Here we go, melvin-stomach!!!
