"Sorry"
Time for a rant about "sorry."
People throw apollogys around all the time for the littlest things. They'll say "I'm sorry" or "sorry" and not know what it is they're apollogizing for.
I make it a point to ask people what they're apollogizing for when they do so. I hate it when they don't have an answer. It's insincere and it's insulting and I hate it.
I guess the lesson is: rather than risk sounding insincere, know what you're saying "I'm sorry" for before saying it.
