It really looks very nice, beautifully cut -- and suits you well.
But I know what you mean about not liking it because you can't feel it move. When you've had long hair for a long time, and go to short hair, no matter how much you like the cut, you still miss things about having long hair. I miss the feel of a long ponytail swinging behind me, and also being able to put my hair up in a fancy braid like I used to and feel the wind on the back of my neck!
I go to Cost Cutters, but I like the woman who does my hair, and like how she does it. I always go to her, and she's one who trains the others there, and she knows what I want.
Goodness, it does look like Bowie! :D Would you get more movement in the fringe if you shifted your part over to the side more? It would look a bit floppier. When I had my fringe long like that awhile ago it took me ages to get it long enough but it was really worth it! I sort of miss that look actually, I got sick of it and had it cut off but it was quite good really.
