my babies
i was especially impressed with Gabriela last night.
first of all we have lots of Baby Einstein DVDs for them which they love very very much.
this one particular one called wordsworth is one of my favorites because they also teach sign language. i was aware that she knew a couple of signs but not many. well last night she signed A LOT!!! i was soooo impressed!!!
she can sign these words on command without assistance
table, ball, cup, t.v., book
WOW!!!
i began signing with her before her 1st b-day but then i just stopped..all i did was sang/signed "you are my sunshine". my grandpa used to sing it to me a lot as a child
anyway im going to pick it up again.
some think its tooo much because we already have a tri-lingual system but i don't because we are letting her tell us when she is ready for what. if she wants to sign then by golly we are gonna try!!!

my boy child ZainidDean well he is just plain ole adorable and is picking up things a little to fast for me , not that it matters cause again if he is ready to climb ladders and slides then we have to go with the flow and just spot him from falling and injuring himself..though if he does slip we let him as long as it allows him to become aware of his surroundings and he learns to be careful..
i don['t think protecting him from the tiniest fall is wise. the same goes for Gabriela..
they are absolutely adorable and especially BRILLIANT BEAUTIFUL lil ones.
i am so in love with them.
