@ odakota_rose- dude, my dreams are getting more exotic. Last time, we were going on a road trip, this time, I dreamt that you and I were on holiday in Fiji together!
I know I know, I'm not used to this, I'm used to my ship never being mentioned and no-touching, or tptb being complete assholes to shippers. And we got so much this first season, I'm scared that suddenly they're gonna change their minds and they'll be like "NO MORE JANE/LISBON FOR YOU!" and take it all away.
*huggles* Yeah, I know how you feel. Raised in the Sparky School of Hard Knocks, what with TATB crapping all over us Sparky fans and screwing us over...but Mentalist gives me hope anew. *beams* I have such glee and happy vibes from this show, I refuse to believe the bottom will drop out from beneath us and drop us into angst-infested waters, okay? It'd be the worst joke ever.
A moment before the lights go out he looks at the camera, I think he was signaling for Red John to turn the light off. When the light goes out he grabs and whacks Lisbon and tries to make his scape, and then Lisbon beats the crap out of him (HOW AWESOME WAS SHE? I love her).
SHE IS INDEED SUPER AWESOME. IT CANNOT BE SAID ENOUGH. *FLAILS*
Okay, coherent thoughts. Um. Okay. Yeah, so that theory makes sense. It's just we see the monitor and I didn't see anyone sitting there watching what was going on- I assume he went to shut off the lights. Which begs the question- is there a remote way to do this from some distance away and what restrictions are there on that? [I am clueless about these things] I assume RJ wasn't actually on the scene, watching the proceedings from like, a room or two over and he just moseyed on a few steps down, switched off the light and then took off, right?
Sorry about all that, it's just so confusing for me and even though I know what happened, I can't figure out HOW it happened.
Another thing- Hardy said he'd talk to RJ and get him to kill Lisbon fast rather than slow and nasty...does this mean she's a target? Is she on his death list or something? Or was that him brazening it out, trying to manipulate her by stirring up fear and panic?
Also- RJ saw everything that happened in the house- I feel a little squicky that that wonderful shippy moment was being spied upon by him...gah.
