[Boy, when Torri said 'four eps, but really two' she wasn't kidding- I thought it couldn't get any worse than Adrift in terms of failing to utilize her at all...was I ever wrong]
Now, it just kills me to think they're going to address whatever's going on with the Asurans WITHOUT Weir in the picture. And it's so stupid- how were they going to incorporate all the developments, what looked like a massive conspiracy, whatever's going on with the multiple Weirs running around the galaxy and their mysterious plan...all in ONE ep? It's such an insult to Torri.
And it makes it perfectly obvious that the turn taken in FS was only intended to write her out. People kept saying that they thought it was encouraging that the writers were developing her, fleshing out her character, that it was all cool and exciting and that the rest of us were idiots for not embracing the changes...well, we saw it coming, we KNEW it was purely designed to get rid of her in the end, the plotline was never intended to actually GO anywhere or accomplish anything in SGA.
At least Paul got five eps. I'm so bitterly disappointed at the prospect of never seeing Torri as Weir again.
