So, unlike 99% of Thor viewers, I (metaphorically) walked out of this shipping not Loki/Sif, which is the fan favorite, and not Loki/Jane, but Loki/Darcy. I know what you're thinking!

Funny, my interest in Darcy/Loki started with a very random search on FF.net. I was just curious to find out what people were shipping in Thor fandom. Who knew that trying a Darcy/Loki fic on a whim would come to this? XD

Oh, btw, have you seen that vid before? I was despairing of finding any good YT vids for this pairing and that one just blew me away. So cool.

You know what? I had never seen that vid before until I saw it here and on Tumblr. It's honestly one of the best D/L vids I've seen to date! Now that I have some time, I'm going to link it over at 'Mischief Loves Tasers' for others to see. Vids like that should be spread around. :)

I'm okay with Loki being a bit vulnerable, because that's the joy of his character learning he can trust someone and not fear emotional intimacy and not have to expect people to betray his trust all the time. But when it gets to 'OH, YOU POOR BABY, AWW, DIDDUMS, WHY IS EVERYONE SO ~MEAN TO YOU WHEN YOU'RE PERFECT', my teeth are in danger of being ground to dust.

*wrinkles nose* I don't care much for that at all. I've been very slowly reading D/L fics, so I haven't gotten through everything yet (and even then, I'm a little picky about what I read). Luckily, I haven't come across any overly-woobie!Loki fics so far, but I'm sure they're out there.

Ohh, okay - no problem! Yeah, I used to just google Tumblr, too, but then I decided to join just to make it easier on myself, *lol*. It's a pity that more of my fandoms can't be found here on LJ; if they had been, I wouldn't have bothered joining Tumblr, actually.
