I've been doing scary movies lately. Nothing awfully scary, but things I know will be gory. Been having odd dreams too. Wonder what subconscious issue I'm trying to deal with. Comedy will always be my fave, but sometimes I get in this mood for horror and what not. I don't understand it sometimes. Hmm, now I see a movie I might have to watch - I love the retroplex channel - Straw Dogs with Dustin Hoffman. In one day I watched Scream and From Dusk till Dawn, and I think there was another one. Yet another movie I want to see..Everything You Wanted to Know about Sex (But Were Afraid to Ask) - I like Woody Allen.
I'm rambling. Avoiding the feeling of being unwanted or in the way. I found a school here in Grand Rapids that I might go to - English MA or just plain old teaching certificate. The first may be a problem starting late, but no big really. The second is only a problem in that to work on a secondary school type certificate I'd have to have a minor, and well, I didn't have to have a minor to grad just electives. My electives were all over the field, which means I've got lots of learning but nothing specific enough to teach at high school. Bah! I could run circles round these English teacher types doggonit.
Feeling unwanted and in the way here at the mother's. I want to get out, but eh, rutsville maybe. Damn, I gotta look for my pin. I keep forgetting that I meant to start working on financial aid stuff. It's a step closer to finding a way out. Then I have to pay GRE something they say I owe; then I get to pay them more money for score send outs.
One of my fave people are on tv in one of my fave movies; Aussie, bet you know this one, even though it doesn't seem too up your alley. Gene Kelly and Olivia Newton John - what movie were they in together?
And for something truly bizarre check out creepfest. It's a little odd, and it's all for a car. Not sure how many of you have caught these Scion commercials, but just go and check it out.
