At work it is more of a gamble since I only pack so much. It is like, the more I eat now, the less I can later. It is a dangerous game, you know?

But yeah, if you are at home, or at a restaurant...well...it is easy to get in trouble. ;)

I've been thinking... If we manage to remove all causes for hunger, we will have solved the world starvation problem. Not completely, perhaps, but a big part of it.

I don't know. I suppose it would be possible to make a capsule that affects a person's brain to say "you are not hungry", but I would think that would more be like a "diet" or "weight loss" solution.

Whereas to solve a world starvation problem, it would be more to make sure everyone gets adaquate nutrition whether they are hungry or not...like to try find a way for humans to get all their nutrition from the sun or wind or something...
