Weather update text messages are going crazy today

Because it is raining, and this city floods all the time, I get a lot of text messages with interesting updates about the streets.
Here are some of them:
- police directing traffic at vic & park
- Gravel truck lost load of rock on winnipeg st north bridge by coop
- Rochdale Blvd east of NW Leisure Centre flooded both sides
- Retallack & 10th Ave by Mosaic Stadium. Lake about 3 feet deep
- Little Kia stalled in water Eastbound land Dewdney @ ring rd
- Truesdale & university closed
- 4th Ave between Broad st & Albert st flooded use caution
- Ring rd southbound @ dewdney backed up past mcdonald
- Cops have vic ave underpass blocked off
- Ross & McKay st flooded
- Underpass Vic east floooded 1 lane west Bound in to city
- detouring traffic Hwy #1 to Prince of Wales due to congestion on Vic Ave flooding
This happens every year. All of those messages were in the span of about 30-45 minutes.
