M and I just attempted to attend a debate about the possibility of time travel. There was a huge ticket lineup and it was sold out!
The three panelists are cosmologist Dick Bond, physicist Lee Smolin, and philosopher James Robert Brown.

Time travel is the hot topic!
Rebecca Stead's WHEN YOU REACH ME, which just won the Newbery, is at the beginning of what looks like a big trend. And maybe not just for middle-grade readers. The people standing in line ranged in ages from 20s (possibly university students) to 70s.
Of course, I joked with the lady in line ahead of us and said we should just time travel and return tomorrow, when the debate would occur again. :-)
