I have no idea what to put into this one. I'm fairly sure my fList knows me pretty well, heh... All right. Something you don't know abbout me... Something entirely disconnected to fandoms?

I collect stones. Not gems, and not always crystals, but pretty stones. I don't collect them myself. They get collectef for me by all those who know me IRL. I've been collecting these pretty stones since I was a wee gal, and I've got kilos of them.
The world is such a big place, you see. Filled with wonder, beauty and history. The very ground you walk upon, the nice beach you travel to - even your grandmother's cottage -
There's an ancient bit of history right under the soles of your feet.
Me, I love that, and that's why I ask my family and friends to find stones they like, and bring them to me as gift. It's almost like Easter, heh. I've seem grown ups plan a trip to the pyramids, to Athen, and talk about finding me a stone. It's awesome to know that others find joy in finding me that perfect, little stone. All of them remember that day they searched for the stone, you see, and into that stone went all the joy and pleasure of giving me a gift.
When I'm old, I'll takes the stones to pagan sacred ground, and into the earth, bury each stone. I'll plant flowers and roses between them, and I'll give this small part of our world to my grandchildren and their grandchildren to keep. With all those memories, carefully set into stone, I'll build something a of a temple for them.
Each stone is a loving memory. Each stone is from a place someone loved. Each stone comes from a different part of the world.
If that's not grace, then I don't know what is.
