update
I haven't posted in a while, but on Friday I ended up not having my physical therapy. I get to RP, sit in the parking lot for 45 minutes because I'm early and get inside only to find out that they didn't have my authorization yet! You've got to be kidding me???? (sigh) I called on Monday morning and I have the authorization number now, but I don't get to go until tomorrow. So, THREE weeks after surgery I'm finally starting my PT.
I went to Yoga for the first time since my surgery too ... wow, I can't believe how sore I was. And there was tons of things that I wasn't allowed to do yet because no hyperflextion for me. :P That sucked. Next week I don't get to go because I have to go to PT the same day. Oh well.
In other news I'm down 14 pounds now!! Slowly but surely I'm getting there!
