Rice

Ok I have learned that there are many different kinds of rice, and out of all those different kinds, Japanese is by far the best. I ike the way it just all sticks together begging to be wrapped up in something else and eaten in a ball.

I have taken to making different kinds of rice almost every night. I always come back to good old fashioned short grain sushi rice. Easiest rice to prepare once you get it just right, and you can do soooo much with it.

On another note it FINALLY snowed today. Still no major snow but as least measurable. It looks great too.

Anyway this is short because I have no patience today for anything. Talk to you all later.....
