i like to cook.here is some stuff i came up with and like to make
Avocado and Seafood
Vegetable oil
Garlic
Avocado
Onion
Red peppers
Green peppers
Mushrooms
Seasoning salt
Paprika
Pita’s
Salt & Pepper
Assorted seafood
Rice
Chicken
Cut up chicken into strips, marinate in soy sauce and whatever else u wish for 20mins
In a pan add garlic and oil.
Cut up peppers so they are 2-3” inches long, ½” thick
do the same to the onions, and cut up mushrooms.
Fry the Peppers in a pan for about 5 minutes, add onions next, 3 minutes later add mushrooms. Fry until mushrooms start to go turn soft.
Make rice add chicken flavoring if desired, add noodles if desired also
Cook chicken ( I use a George Forman grill)
Fry the seafood in garlic and oil till cooked
Cut Avocado in half then cut the half into strips.
