Breakfast: 1 breakfast sandwich (~210 cal) (note to self -- not so tasty.)
Snack: 1 green apple (~80 cal)
Lunch: 2 slices toasted wheat bread (140 cal total) with sliced chicken & 1 tbsn pesto
snack: 7 low-fat triscuits w. lowcal veggie dip (160cal total)
Dinner: 1C mac & cheese (260cal)
Dessert: one chocolate chip cookie.
TOTAL ESTIMATED CALORIES: 1150
Exercise: will do 8 minute abs tonight.
What I liked about today: Got to talk to Nick, really enjoying the book I'm reading (The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood)
What I didn't like about today: Didn't get to start work as planned, was lazy.
I need to brainstorm on some more healthy foods so that my meals stay interesting! It's hard though, since i'm living at home over winter break, because I feel rude if I go to the storm just to buy dinners for myself. Maybe I'll chat with my mom (since she is losing weight too) and see if I can work something out, like I make the dinner every night or something. But then I feel like I'm imposing on my dad and sister, who don't care what they eat. Hm.
