Hello new friends! *waves*
As way of introduction, I have a couple of memes.
herohunter tagged me for the Simple Pleasures meme.
Name Ten of Life's Simple Pleasures:
1. The second coffee of the morning--the one that *really* wakes you up, or the one that you get just for the taste (Laurent's mocchacino on the way to work, if you're me)
2. Going to a movie on your own.
3. Mum's chicken curry
4. A new icon!
5. A bookshop
6. Flopping round the house in my Pjs--sometimes this is called for!
7. Dancing or singing along to a favourite track when noone's there
8. Hot chocolate after skiing or a long walk in the cold air
9. Hugs from my boy
10. Curling up with a favourite book
I don't want to tag anyone in particular, but go on--do it! I can vouch that it makes you feel happyful. *g*

How long have I been in fandom: actively? about 6 months, but I have a long history of watching shows fairly fannishly, thanks partially to supacat, and partially to my own obsessive nature.
First fannish crush: uh, Clex? That's the one that hooked me in to active fandom, so I'll say that
Character I love that most people probably don't: heee Lois, and shh... I even like Lana on occasion! (on OCCASION people, don't freak out!)
Pairing I love that most people probably don't: Clois!!!
First slash couple I shipped: oh... hm, probably Buffy/Faith actually
Character whose life I'd like to have for just one day: ah... that's hard. I'd probably say Lex, so that I could sneakily do the world some good with all the money he has, while appearing to be evil and frakking with everyone!
Why I became an SV fan: supacat made me and then abandonned me here! *sobs like a lost child* (that's only partly true!)
Favorite snack: coffee (is coffee a snack? it is now!)
Place I lived once that I'd love to be able to return to: Paris. I lived there for a few months while studying French. I got a year pass to the Louvre and used to go there after school! It was on my bus route home... I was very miserable at that time in my life, but I'm still really proud I went there, and it would be great to go back in happier spirits
Random fact(s) about me in real life: I have a blackbelt in tae kwon-do (although I'm not practising at the moment--such a slackass!), my first word was 'book', my workplace may be the last one in the world to have a 'tea lady', and I just booked a ticket to see Radiohead in Copenhagen (*boggles*).
