Today is good
I'm in a terrific mood. I'm not sure why. But I feel like it has something to do with the sun being out, its 50 degrees, and I'm wearing open toe shoes. Oh happy day!
The first two calls at work have been these really nice, happy, appreciative people which is making me not hate every second of being here. Plus I look cute today. I'm having good hair too. The status of my hair really makes or breaks my day quite often. Sometimes I'm a plain jane but sometimes I really do act like the girl I am. Nothing wrong with that either.
Though yesterday my hair was in a messy ponytail, smudged makeup from the night before, and sweatpants...and yet I had a lovely day of doing nothing with the fiance. Funny huh?
And I finally found engagement announcements. Actually it was the one I saw weeks ago that I fell in love with and the fiance loves it too. Even so, I went to a store with my Mom to see some choices in person and the man who was helping us was SOOOOO intrusive. I mean, do your thing, sell your shit, and then walk the F away man! Quit talking talking talking! I didnt mean to be Bridezilla but my Mom could see that I was ready to smack him into submission. Too much is too much. Let me peruse with my momma and then I'll let you know when you can be included. Geez!!! It's the New Yorker in me that wants to be left the hell alone. Save your customer service for someone else please.
