We haven't had AC in my apartment for the last two weeks.
Here's the story. Every fall when the temperature goes down, the main office of my complex turns the AC units off, to save energy, etc.
Then, when the temperature starts going up during the Spring, you would assume that someone would have a good mind to flip ye ol' AC switch to the "on" position.
Not the good folks at River City Realty, though. No No.
So Yippee, Hooray! My apartment complex is run by 'tards!
Grumble Grumble Grumble.
Anywho, I turned in my application to VCU today. I've gotta take a course over the summer at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College to get my GPA up, and to make myself look like less of a slacker.
Then I'll turn in my transcripts, and hopefully have a judgement by early August.
The job is still the same. I'm exhausted every damn day. Frustrated just as much. But atleast today I forgot that I don't have to go in until 4. Hooray for good times laying around in the AC.
And the accolades from my supervisors keep pouring in. Everyday it seems like I get a new commendation from the LRC or Residential Supervisor.
I think they're trying to get me to stay by making sure there are two lips planted firmly on each butt cheek at all times.
I kinda like it, though. Makes me feel like I'm actually a hard worker, and a decent human being.
Normally this would be the part where I bitch about my girl problems, but I met a cool girl Sunday night, so I don't think any bitching is necessary at this time.
She's absolutely GORGEOUS, and really fun to hang out with.
We've only hung out once, so it's still hard to gauge whether or not she actually likes me, but hey, she's still hot, and I get to hang out with her. Shibby.
