OOPS Colin's had an off
This morning at 08:35 my Colin got knocked off his bike by a dopey (female) car driver pulling out in front of him at a roundabout less than 2 miles from home.
She assumed blame so hopefully this will mean it gets resolved quickly, but who know's if she will change her mind?
Bike is slightly damaged but considering it's age and all the little things that need fixing, it could add up to it being written off. We're claiming for his gear as his helmet is now scratched and one of his boots is scuffed up.

Lucky he loves wearing so much protective kit, shame the t-age is always first on his list as that too has a few scratches on it and the titanium and carbon armour on the knee is coming away from the leather so will need to be repaired.
The main thing he is ok and we'll get him back on the road ASAP.
The other thing is this is only his second accident ever and the last one was 1996 where he broke his collar bone.
I'll post an update when we hear something back from the insurers.
