A. Action for 1247 Williams Road:
[ The first thing Magnus notices as he drifts out of his dream is that the sunlight is streaming through his window. That's funny. His drapes have always been able to keep the sun from coming through before. Then he realizes, without even opening his eyes, that he's not in his bed. The sheets against his skin are not the silky ones on his bed. And the mattress isn't near as comfortable as his is.
His eyes fly open and he sits bolt upright. This isn't his room. These aren't the clothes he went to bed in. And the person beside him certainly isn't Alexander.
... In the name of Lilith, what did he manage to get himself into this time?
In the hallway, he catches sight of himself in the mirror and very nearly loses it. His eyes are human, not at all like his normal cat eyes. He proceeds to lift up his shirt and stare blankly at his belly-button.
After that small shock, he continues exploring the rest of the house, inside and out. Every so often, he'll snap his fingers and wait as if he's expecting something. When nothing happens, he sighs in irritation.
