I need you so much closer
Wow, what a crazy time its been! Last week was busy. I helped out almost everyday with our church's Christmas Pagent. One night I stayed until 2am painting and building the set. I must say, it was fun. I actually have some art skills. I never flocked so much stuff in my life! You can flock just about anything. I was also hired as The Interprative Dance Groups Stylist. Curling hair for 13 7th grade girls is a task. But it felt so rewarding. Those girls are great, and I think they even taught me a thing or two. The play was amazing, I was so proud of everyone. It was quite a production and each performance got better and better. I'm glad the Camel finally made it up the stage.
I love this church! I'v made so many new friends, and have grown even closer with the friends I already have. I feel at home there. Its hard to imagine what I did before, what I did without it. I have leaned so much about God. I'm so thankful. I always felt like something in my life was missing. I feel like this huge void has been filled. I can truly say that now I am happy. I am really really happy.
I have been busy at work too. Its the holiday season and everyone wants their hair did. I actually stood up to someone at work today. This mean evil receptionist who I think has it out for me. Well, I set her straight and it felt good! Its nice to know that everyone is backing me up, even my bosses.
I love Amanda. We are so much alike. Its nice to have a mature friend who hates drama just as much as I do. We have grown so close, and I love it. Shes such a good friend, and I know I could count on her for anything. Thats such a good feeling. I'm lucky.
Christmas is coming and I am sooo not ready for it. So far I bought one present. Ha I need to get a move on it. My birthday is coming soon, frickin' Janurary 1st, New Years Day. I'll be the big 2-3. Thats scares me.
