Office Hours; Office #31. Monday [ 01/31 ].
The Hurricane Jane that usually seemed to sweep through office number thirty-one every Monday seemed to have settled slightly, as Jane was actually sitting at her desk and working there. Of course, there was an impressive after-storm scattering of books and papers and drawings, but she was chewing on the end of her pencil as she poured over one particular tome with deep interest.
Of course, there was information about cows with red tints to their coats. And, naturally, information about the use of bovine milk to create a variety of cheeses. But nothing that quite tied them together to the point where the cow herself was promoting the product from her utters, as she had experienced in the shop the other day.
My, the wildlife on this island just got curiouser and curiouser...
