Thoughts during lecture...

So, haven't done this in a while. But my Family Development class tonight was awful. Actually I think the class is getting worse as time goes on. So I just rambled to myself on paper. And now you folks get to read it. Can you handle the excitement? Can you? Well prepare yourself for the

People are pillows

This lecture is really boring. It really bothers me that the prof lets discussions go on far longer than is necessary. I'm not learning anything. Move on already.

My ears are plugged with water, it's very annoying. But I got exercise via swimming, so I suppose that's okay.

I got Jamie in trouble with his boss. Oops. Apparently me trying to steal food from the Shad Valley camp is a bad thing. Who knew?

The weather played a mean trick on me. I didn't ride my bike to campus because of thunder and lightning, but now the sky is clear. But I'm getting a ride back from a girl in class so yay.

Tomorrow we're going out for dinner for Heather's birthday, should be fun. Hopefully Jamie won't whine too much about people not going out drinking afterwards. Big alcoholic baby.

There's a child sitting next to me who smells kind of funny.

Thinking about nicknames. How do you decide if you want a nickname, or how you might be known by a different name to different people? I guess a lot of the time nicknames are kind of pushed on people. I've gotten more nicknames since coming to Trent than ever before. Two of which came from Jamie *dark look*

My eyes have been tired all week. Clearly I've fallen out of practice at staring at a computer screen all day.

There's a couple really bitter divorced ladies in this class. Makes discussion about "dead beat dads" interesting.

I'm gunna try writing a short story for an anthro literature magazine dealy. Never written with those types of characters before. Not even all that great at short stories. But what the hell.

I just cracked pretty much every joint in my back and shoulders. Phew. Feels good. May have freaked out the people behind me, though.

The Daily Show was just brilliant last night. I've never seen Jon go after a guest like that before. I kind of like the new set, but the lack of couch sucks.

Ooh, break after this discussion. So in, like, 30 minutes. I'm totally going home. Here's hoping my ride feels the same way . . .

Damnit! Stop asking if there's any more thoughts!

Other than that . . . oh! As I was leaving class I passed by one of the Native Studies lounges and I saw a guy in a rabbit mask. AC flashback!

That is all.
