Besides the S/B and A/D already gotten, there's Logan/Veronica (7), Baltar/HeadSix (9), Odo/Kira (12).

Good, that's 6 ships guessed so far.

#9 was meant to stand for Baltar/Six in general... But there aren't that many good Baltar/Caprica quotes, and I could've used something from Caprica/Head Baltar as well, but this quote was really good.

You should be able to get #6, maybe you just don't remember it.

Agreed on the lack of Baltar/Caprica quotes.

Is 6 season 1 (or at the latest early season 2) Helo/Athena? It sounded BSG-y but I couldn't place it at first.

Tyrol/Boomer then, early season two? I feel like that is right. (I guess I'll just keep guessing!) It's weird, because I much prefer Tyrol/Boomer as a ship to Helo/Athena, so I'm not sure why I guessed the latter first....

Yes, it's when he was thrown in the brig with her in Resistance (suspected of being a Cylon himself - how ironic in hindsight, especially since Tigh was interrogating him).

You seem to feel the same as me, I liked Tyrol/Boomer better too, though I also liked Helo/Athena before I started hating Athena in season 4.
