The title means "Strong female characters on Sci-Fi Film and TV" and the list is chronological. Unfortunately since the article is in Serbian, you won't be able to understand any of the actual text apart from the character names and trope names in English (and I bet that the opening quote will be easily recognized!). But I can translate it if you like :) (well, maybe not now, I'm busy preparing for New Year, cleaning the house and finishing some work-related stuff... but right after New Year).
